You are going to LOVE your new MasterCard Debit Card! Watch your mail box for the next few days as you will be receiving your Texoma Community Credit Union’s new MasterCard Debit Card. It replaces both your TCCU ATM card and TCCU Visa Debit Card…creating the fusion of convenience and security. Two cards rolled into one MasterCard Debit card…you are going to love your new Debit Card. The new card offers more safety, security, convenience and utility than the old Visa Debit card. Mark your calendar for the following important events and dates. August 12 — Your new PIN will be mailed to be used with the new Debit Card. Save this PIN as you will need this on Monday August 25. (This PIN cannot be used until August 25, and will not work with your existing cards.) August 20 — Your new MasterCard Debit card will be mailed. Save this, along with your PIN until Monday, August 25. (This Debit Card cannot be activated before August 25.) August 25 — Your new MasterCard Debit card and your new PIN may be used. The old ATM card and old Visa Debit Card will no longer work. Step #1. Activate your card by calling (800) 588-9970 from your home phone. When prompted, input the primary account holder’s social security number for all cards you receive. Step #2. Customize your PIN by calling (800) 851-4859, if you wish. You may set up a PIN that you can easily remember, but one that your family and friends cannot learn. Step #3. Contact those merchants that automatically charge your old Visa Debit Card for payments. Inform them of your new MasterCard Debit Card. (You might look at your existing Visa Debit Card monthly statement this month to remember who automatically bills your account. Make a list of those merchants to contact.) Step #4. Destroy the old TCCU ATM Card and old TCCU Visa Check Card as they will no longer work as of August 25. Step #5. Enjoy using the new MasterCard Debit Card and new PIN.
