    What You Need to Know About Your New TCCU Mastercard Debit Card

  • Your new card replaces both your old ATM Card and the old Visa Debit Card.
  • You should have received your PIN notification in the mail within the past week.
  • Your new PIN will only work with the new card (pictured above) and will not work before Monday, August 25th.
  • You must activate your card on or after August 25th by calling (800) 588-9970 from your home phone. When prompted, input the primary account holder’s social security number for all cards you receive.
  • Customize your PIN by calling (800) 851-4859, if you wish. You may set up a PIN that you can easily remember, but one that your family and friends cannot learn.
  • Contact those merchants that automatically charge your old Visa Debit Card for payments. Inform them of your new MasterCard Debit Card number and expiration date.
  • Be sure to destroy the old TCCU ATM Card and old TCCU Visa Check Card as they will no longer work as of August 25.
  • Enjoy using the new MasterCard Debit Card and new PIN!
