Just print this switch kit form and follow these three simple steps. We'll handle the rest for you! The form is in Adobe Acrobat (PDF) format. If you do not have Adobe Acrobat Reader, you can download it free from Adobe by clicking here and following the instructions for download. Step 1: Fill out your NEW TCCU ACCOUNT information and make an initial deposit of $25 or more. If you already have a savings account at TCCU, you can skip this step! If you'll need checking, ATM, Debit Card, or credit card services, let us know. We may need to contact you later for additional information or signatures. Step 2: Complete the second part of the form with your OLD ACCOUNT information. You can either send it to your old financial institution yourself, or give it to us, and we'll close your old accounts for you! You'll receive the balance of your account in the mail by check, which you can deposit in your new TCCU account. Be sure to leave enough time and money to cover any outstanding checks. Step 3: Complete the third part of the form with your payroll direct deposit or automatic payment information. This redirects your direct deposits to your new accounts, and sets up your automatic payments for such things as utilities and other bills so they'll come out of your new account at TCCU. Feel free to photocopy the form to submit it to multiple payees.
